Olivia-Patrizia Kunze
At the age of six, the Potsdam native stood on the stage of the ARD TV show “Kinderquatsch mit Michael” with the title song of the musical The Phantom of the Opera. From then on she decided never to leave the stage and, after completing her musical and additional drama training, appeared in numerous productions. Most recently she was seen in Berlin as the lead “Meli” in the German-language premiere of the musical Blind Date. In recent years she also portrayed “Julia de Weert” in the operetta Der Vetter aus Dingsda, the role of “Bianca” in the musical Kiss Me, Kate and “Princess Serina” in the fairy-tale production King Thrushbeard. She also made her screen debut as “Elke”, singer of the Feuerstein Brigade, in Andreas Dresen’s feature film Gundermann. Since 2020 the versatile artist has also been writing and staging her own programmes. At Die Nacht der Musicals she is once again haunted by the Phantom of the Opera and portrays Christine, as well as Queen “Sissi” from the musical Elisabeth, Aladdin’s Princess Jasmine and many more.
