Richard Peter

Richard Peter completed his training at the Graz Musical Academy in 2010, where he already appeared as Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. After a tour of Grease (as Doody), engagements followed in High Society (Hans Otto Theater Potsdam) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Baden City Theatre). In 2015/16 he studied operetta at the MUK Vienna and was at the same time a soloist in HK Gruber’s Frankenstein at the Musikverein. From 2017 to 2019 he played the title role in Krabat (a.gon Theater Munich) and in 2020 Valentine in the Bowie musical Lazarus. His songs “I Ain’t the Money” and “Silence” were also released. Frankenstein followed again (TNT Theatre, 2022), as well as roles at the Neuschwanstein Festival Hall and the Deutsches Theater Munich (2023). In 2024 and 2025 he appeared as Aladdin with “Theater mit Horizont”, is a soloist of the Magic Musical Nights in Lutzmannsburg and has been touring Germany and Austria regularly since 2023 with the musical highlight shows of The Musical Sound GmbH.
