
Carlos Habiague
Carlos Habiague is an Argentine-Italian tenor in the pop and classical field with 25 years of stage experience. Celebrated by many as the most important tango singer of the present day, he impresses his audiences with a powerful voice, extraordinary versatility and unparalleled charisma. He has completed 22 international tours, both with tango companies and as a soloist, and has performed in 25 countries across Europe, the Americas and Africa – including the USA, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Morocco, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and Chile. He has also created two of his own tango musical-theatre shows and recorded two CDs considered by the Latin Grammy Academy. For five years he has been active as a musical-theatre concert artist, interpreting iconic melodies from musicals such as The Phantom of the Opera, Jekyll & Hyde, Les Misérables, West Side Story, Notre-Dame de Paris and Moulin Rouge in several languages.
