
Janina Maria Wilhalm
The South Tyrolean completed her training as a music theatre performer at the Hamburg School of Entertainment with distinction. Immediately afterwards Janina was engaged as a soloist on AIDA cruises, where she could be seen in more than 50 different shows and various solo programmes. Since then she has played “Angelika” in Beatclub at the Fritz Theater Bremen, appeared in Sunset Boulevard and Summer in the City at the Bad Vilbel castle festival, as “Woman 1” in Songs for a New World and as “Trinity” in the European premiere of The Route of Happiness. She also portrayed “Mina” in Frank Wildhorn’s Dracula. At the Ettlingen castle festival she played the title role of Eva Perón in Evita before appearing as “Sister Mary Robert” in the original production of the London West End Sister Act. Most recently she toured China with the new staging of Mozart! as “Sophie Weber”. She is also a sought-after studio and event singer and can be heard as a soloist on the cast albums of Die Nacht der Musicals.
